My vito was making a noise every time i take my foot off the accellarator so i booked it with mercedes trafford park to find out what the problem is. After they had a look, they found the problem and then they phone me saying this is the problem and this is how much its going to cost so i said ok ill get it fix in few weeks so for now ill just pay for the diagnostic so the person on the phone told me ok ill get back to u with the price so i said ok and waited and then after 15 mins another person phones me back saying that theyve done the work and this is how much it is (a different price from the first one) then i said i didnt ask u to do the work only told u guys to find the problem then all this blah blah so i thought i cant win here lets get the vehicle out and never ever use mercedes again.
